Here at OPS we have to be in the mind-set where innovation is the norm and not the exception, where education unfolds neither in conventional or unconventional rather in their own domain with free soul in free arena which nurture the OPS vibes by inhaling positivity without limits. Where a meaningful change takes place as we connect to the heart before making connection to the mind, where purpose is not to tell you how to think what to think but to give you questions to think upon.
Even when we hire anyone for any profile, we do not just hire them- we hire their entire network, network consists of both 'online spaces' and face to face collaboration. We have to be in the mind-set that we are hiring leaders in curriculum, technology, community building etc. and not merely a classroom teacher. Here we not only empower people to lead but give them opportunities to lead from where they are, as I believe if few people are 'allowed' to lead then meaningful changes will remain in the waiting list only.
My goal is to guide them to find a pathway to success while being human and that can be the spring board for children and my achievements will be in creating the leaders, leader with the ability to empower others who can stand different in the crowd and can hold his place of faith and prosperity in an unexpected and uninviteable storm.
